Salary and Bonuses
Guaranteed 14 months of annual salary, year-end bonuses, and holiday gifts for the three major festivals.
Educational scholarships for employees’ children.
Employees who have worked for at least one year and are purchasing a house for the first time receive a NT$30,000 subsidy for air conditioner.
Meal allowances for employees for remote working places: NT$100 for breakfast, NT$150 for lunch, and NT$200 for dinner.
Meal allowance: NT$150 for lunch.
Professional certification allowance: NT$3,000 per month (for certifications in occupational safety, quality control, and environmental protection).

Employee Welfare Committee
Employees with at least 6 months of service are eligible for employee welfare benefits after 3 months of contribution to the welfare fund.

Depending on the company’s performance, the travel policy is issued annually:
Full subsidy for the employee and full subsidy for one family member.
