The company is committed to creating a workplace that supports both employees and their families, fostering a friendly and happy work environment. In addition to offering comprehensive benefits, the Employee Welfare Committee provides subsidies for birthday and wedding. Employees are also encouraged to participate in domestic and international travel activities to enrich their leisure life. Furthermore, the company makes additional contributions to the retirement fund to ensure a secure post-retirement life for its employees. For employees from other regions, the company provides high-quality accommodation to support their physical and mental well-being.

 

Salary and Bonuses

Guaranteed 14 months of annual salary, year-end bonuses, and holiday gifts for the three major festivals.
Educational scholarships for employees’ children.
Employees who have worked for at least one year and are purchasing a house for the first time receive a NT$30,000 subsidy for air conditioner.
Meal allowances for employees for remote working places: NT$100 for breakfast, NT$150 for lunch, and NT$200 for dinner.
Meal allowance: NT$150 for lunch.
Professional certification allowance: NT$3,000 per month (for certifications in occupational safety, quality control, and environmental protection).

Employee Welfare Committee

Employees with at least 6 months of service are eligible for employee welfare benefits after 3 months of contribution to the welfare fund.
Birthday and wedding gift allowances are provided.
Travel subsidies:
      1 to 2 domestic trips per year, or 1 international trip per year,
      Depending on the company’s performance, the travel policy is issued annually:
      Full subsidy for the employee and full subsidy for one family member.
      Full subsidy for the employee and 50% subsidy for one family member.

Overtime Regulations - Superior to the Labor Standards Act

Company Policy Labor Standards Act
Workdays All overtime is calculated at 1.6 times the hourly wage.
Overtime between midnight and 6 AM is calculated at 2 times the hourly wage.
◎ For the first 2 hours: 1.33 times the hourly wage
◎ From the 3rd hour onwards: 1.67 times the hourly wage
Rest Days For the first 2 hours: 1.6 times the hourly wage
For the 6st hours onwards: 1.6 times the hourly wage
Day wage + (daily wage × 1.6)
◎ For the first 2 hours: 1.33 times the hourly wage
◎ From the 3rd hour onwards: 1.67 times the hourly wage
◎ Less than 4 hours is calculated as 4 hours.
National Holidays Follows the rest day policy. ◎ Overtime is paid at double the regular wage (original wage + 1 times the wage).
◎ Less than 8 hours of overtime requires a full day’s wage.
Regular Days Off Day’s wage + (overtime hours + 2 hours) × hourly overtime wage ◎ Overtime allowed only in the event of natural disasters, accidents, or emergencies.
◎ Overtime is paid at double the wage with 1 day of compensatory leave.
